In the outdoor area there is also a kitchen, a bar area, a large dining room and a gym. The layout of the villa is designed for long summer or winter evenings outside. It is an idyllic place to be.

Este lujoso chalet situado cerca de el Salobre tiene vistas a una Presa y a las montañas. Está situado cerca de Salobre. Tiene en un lateral del jardín vistas despejadas al mar y las dunas de Maspalomas.

Disfruta de la tranquilidad de la zona y de no estar cerca de zonas de tráfico. Puedes aparcar tu coche en el interior de la villa y es un acceso muy cómodo. La zona de la piscina dispone de iluminación cromática. En la zona exterior también hay una cocina, una zona de bar, un comedor amplio y un gimnasio. La distribución de la Villa está ideada para pasar largas tardes de verano o invierno en el exterior. Es un lugar idílico para estar.
