Este lujoso chalet situado cerca de el Salobre tiene vistas a una Presa y a las montañas. Está situado cerca de Salobre. Tiene en un lateral del jardín vistas despejadas al mar y las dunas de Maspalomas.Disfruta de la tranquilidad de la zona y de no estar cerca de zonas de tráfico. Puedes aparcar tu coche en el interior de la villa y es un acceso muy cómodo. La zona de la piscina dispone de iluminación cromática. En la zona exterior también hay una cocina, una zona de bar, un comedor amplio y un gimnasio. La distribución de la Villa está ideada para pasar largas tardes de verano o invierno en el exterior. Es un lugar idílico para estar.La entrada de la casa es por control remoto con una amplia puerta y se entra a la propiedad en donde existe la posibilidad de aparcar varios coches. Un punto a destacar es que existe un apartamento lateral a la casa con una pequeña cocina, baño u habitación y con entrada independiente.
